CZoneConnect Terms of Service

1. The service. CZoneConnect, operated by ZONE STAR WEB DESIGN LLC, Dubai, provides software to manage WhatsApp Business conversations, contacts, templates, campaigns and automations through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform.

2. Subscription. Plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices exclude VAT where VAT applies.

3. Meta charges are separate. WhatsApp messaging charges are set and billed by Meta directly to the Customer's own Meta account. The Customer must keep a valid payment method with Meta. CZoneConnect fees do not include Meta charges.

4. Your responsibilities. The Customer must: obtain and record opt-in consent before messaging people; honour opt-out requests; follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Meta's Commerce Policy and applicable law; and keep login details secure.

5. Not allowed. Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, messaging people who opted out, illegal or harmful content, attempts to bypass Meta's limits or template rules, and any access to other Customers' data.

6. Suspension. We may suspend an account for non-payment after a grace period, or immediately for serious policy violations, to protect people and the platform.

7. Your data. The Customer owns its data. It can export data at any time and delete its workspace on cancellation. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability. We work to keep CZoneConnect available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Message delivery also depends on Meta and is not guaranteed by us.

9. Liability. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Changes. We may update these terms and will notify Customers of material changes by email.

11. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
